CM Skips are recruiting an enthusiastic, diligent and motivated Office Administrator to join their team to provide support across the organisation and to interact with customers on a daily basis. This role involves a variety of duties which will include invoicing, costing, sales ledger and dealing with customer and account queries within a busy office environment.

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 4 GCSE qualifications at grade ‘C’ or above (or equivalent) to include Maths and English
  • A minimum of two years’ experience (in the last five years) working in a similar account’s role in an office

The successful applicant should also be

  • Computer literate
  • Have direct experience of accounting software (Xero)
  • Have proven experience of exceptional communication skills in customer service
  • Have excellent time management, organisational and teamwork skills
  • Possess a full valid driver’s license

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of the Waste Industry
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Previous experience in website updates and/or social media management

Hours of work: 9.30am – 1.00pm Tuesday to Friday (flexible)
